MEDICARE (Medicare will not pay for routine eye exams or
refractions. Medicare will only pay if there is a medical reason for the visit)

If you do not see your insurance plan listed please ask! Contact our office and
we may be able to verify your vision coverage and benefits. We would be happy to
assist you in filing the proper forms so that you would be reimbursed by your
insurance company.
